The story so far . . .

Chartford Homes is currently developing a part of what was the Greenfield Mills industrial area, stuated in the lovely village of Burley in Wharfedale, into an attractive residential site.

The 1.5-acre site has planning permission for 20, three and four bedroom homes, along with six contemporary apartments.

Some of the properties are nearing completion and the Show Home will be opening on Saturday 4th March 2023.

Meanwhile, we’ll be updating the photos, giving an indication of how work is progressing.
