Hello, we’re the Moss & Moor team, here to welcome you to our beautiful garden centre with a difference. We are an inclusive and diverse group of experts. Our excellent customer service associates are on hand to help throughout your visit and if you buy our garden furniture, you will also come across our friendly delivery and warehouse members.
If you require plant advice, please do speak to our horticultural experts in our Potting Shed.
Our experienced head chef, supported by a wonderful team of kitchen and front of house members, are proud to share and serve our delicious and nourishing dishes.
Finally, we couldn’t forget the office team who keep the wheels turning and who occasionally pop out of the engine room!

Moss & Moor has been a long-standing project, which has been several years in planning in partnership with designers, developers and employees from the local community. Despite a challenging year for everyone, we actively engaged with local community groups in advance of opening and will continue to do so as we grow.
We are pleased to have already supported some of our local schools to give children the chance to connect with nature through various learning and gardening initiatives – from creating a sensory garden for Ben Rydding Pre-school, to donating compost to the Burley & Woodhead CE Primary school, and providing seed potatoes for the Westville House Field to Fork project.
We look forward to being a long-term member and supporting our local Ilkley community.
