The practice was established in 2011 in Burley-in-Wharfedale, right in the heart of a picturesque county of Yorkshire, only 20 minutes from Leeds and Bradford. I’m Lindsay, I created Walking Fit as a result of changes to my own lifestyle.
Walking Fit classes are for adults and held in Menston and Burley-in-Wharfedale. I call the walks ‘classes’ because they are planned and structured to include specific sections of brisk and fast pace walking with varying routes to offer different levels of intensity.
